Our Paver Restoration Process
Five Steps to Restoring the Beauty of Your Outdoor Spaces
How We Work
Every project follows the same proven five-step process — so you always know what to expect, from the first site visit to the final finishing touches.
Step 1 – Site Visit
Site visit with the client present; evaluate and point out problem areas; educate the client on why issues occurred and how to prevent recurrence.
Step 2 – Written Proposal
A written proposal outlining the steps to restore the pavers; generally involves removing all settled pavers.
Step 3 – Ground Preparation
Compact settled areas with proper equipment; add stone material for correct drainage pitch; re-compact and screed a new setting bed.
Step 4 – Paver Re-installation
Re-install existing pavers; install proper edging restraints on migrated edge pavers to prevent future migration.
Step 5 – Finishing
Power wash all pavers; once dry, install new poly sand in joints to the manufacturer's required level.
